Yoga offers us so much more than simply building up our strength and flexibility. This workshop is all about healing and reinforcing the mind-body connection. Open to all levels, we will concentrate our awareness around our core strength through a variety of yoga postures and traditional core work. We will also explore Uddiyana bandha - an abdominal lock technique that increases gastric fire, improves digestion, and provides our core with many strengthening, stimulating, and healing benefits.
