Yesterday I posted wearing HOUSE by the The Mindful Company - I think we've all been there : feeling low, riding the wave of emotions and battling our internal mental state.
What we feel, is okay. And it's always going to be okay. We just have to practice being present, learn to breathe, acknowledge but not judge our thoughts/feelings and find a way to observe ourselves than to criticise ourselves.
