Hey lovely people - sorry for the mia from FB.
I've been struggling to consolidate all of my past work and current stuff into a new look, feel and overall revamp. Sometimes we move so fast that we forget to take those important breaks to look back and reflect on past events.
Recently I've been inspired by people who are able to effortlessly simplify things ie. decluttering spaces in your house to decluttering your mind. It's been great hearing so many ideas about 'less is more' esp now in this festive period.
Count your blessings, not your problems I say.
For now, I wanted to write some thoughts/scribbles I wanted to share about mental strength:
It's not about a commitment to excellence, rather an utter disdain for anything less. My 'practice' is not an endless 'practice', it's one that is more focused on finding that quality that drives you further. It's the ability to cope rather than have total domination over every situation in life. Maybe not setting those goals after all, because goals sometimes prescribe certain limitations. Personally, it's never about 'winning', instead it's about the burning commitment to do something that you have never done before. That vulnerability feels so raw and uncomfortable at times, but to me, it's been my new strength to push through some hard times...
I would be so honoured if you could share your stories or thoughts about mental strength..I love hearing from you. ?✨
