The best feeling in the world...

is when you find something that you have been looking for. In my case, today, it was this really old CD that was out of print that the record company had obviously decided to reissue? It made my day. Apart from that i finished my next column, on transparency etc etc. Was happy to have had some time to surf some blogs and that my friend John is into "design for the other 90%" as well. Always lovely to find a kindred spirit.

"Back to School"

I was reading an article about back to school discounts in the times when it suddenly dawned on me--summer is almost over?!! The fall kickoff GUCCI / YSL invites are in and everyone is prepping for the fall fashion / design / architecture shows as well. Where did the summer go? almost home...

erIt's been a crazy week. It's hard to believe that exactly 7 days ago i was in NY at Zitomer buying candles and umbrellas to bring to Beijing.  Since i've been here we've been out to LAN, Suzies, The Opposite House, Aqua, Red Moon, the Commune (with an excursion to the wall at like 1am)... I saw the Opening Ceremony and the Mens China v USA Basketball...
