I totally do not understand why people would want to sit around and watch four women complain about their relationship problems. I suppose there is some type of solidarity that one feels from watching it and knowing that the modern relationship is a problem that others deal with as well, but still, the show gets so REPETITIVE!!! Am totally into Ugly Betty though. While both shows deal with stereotypes of women, UB is so much more fun... Strangely enough in real life i hate people who are as deluded as B. Actually tastes better... Most of the time we have absolutely no idea whether something is better or worse or whatever but when we pay more we feel better... Is it really just buying into the marketing etc etc or is it just the laziness factor kicking in? Why bother to think when someone else has done if for you?

watching Prince Caspian made me yearn for the days where people were noble and chivalrous... I've also realized that the people closest to you are usually both your biggest fans as well as the ones who are most likely to look you over... i think there is this chicken - egg and noble spiral issue in the world: the more we talk about stuff, no matter how ridiculous it is, the bigger it gets...
