Nowhere in the fine print of the @LADWP Terms of Service does it say that they can hold onto your overpayment refund for 6+ months.

Lawyers, if you want to pick up an easy paycheck, file a new class action lawsuit against @LADWP for non-payment of overpayment refunds.

If the @LADWP holds onto everybody’s refunds and earns interest on that money, should they get to keep it? I bet it adds up.

I’m told that @LADWP can’t pay me my long-overdue refund because they’re too busy being sued in a historic class action lawsuit. Shocker.
