My 1st music video and Declare INDIEpendence! 2

Hey Folks:

Haven't blogged for a while but I have some exciting news. I'm heading back to Chicago this weekend for two events.

1. My music video "Wake Up" has been selected for screening at the 14th annual Chicago Asian American Showcase at the Gene Siskel Film Center! It will be presented during the short film segment "Across the Cultural Divide" this Saturday at 5pm. http://siskelfilmcenter.org

I plan to put the video up on youtube and vimeo real soon so stay tuned for that!

1. I'm also presiding over Declare INDIEpendence! 2: a showcase of Asian American music. I started this showcase last year and I can't believe we're doing it for a second time! This time in conjunction with the film fest! If you're in Chicago on Wednesday 15th (Tax Day!) come to Subterranean. Celebrate the completion of your tax filings! http://faaim.org
