As Ams show we can ‘rock the vote!’

Just wanted to put up some pics from last Friday’s ‘ Rock the Vote‘. Organized in just under 3 weeks, the night proved to be an incredible coming together of community. I was honored to participate and thrilled to share the stage with James Kyson Lee from TV’s Heroes as well as Esna whom I collaborate frequently with on YouTube. We prepared a special rendition of John Lennon’s classic ‘Imagine’ just for the evening. Betcha didn’t know James can sing, huh? Hopefully someone caught it on video and then I can put it up on YouTube. Thanks to Paul Song and Lisa Ling for having the vision for what will no doubt be the first of many Asian American Rock the Votes!

The amazing Beau Sia. Beau wrote a special piece that inspired us to all vote. “Get involved in more than a comment war!”

Quest Crew. So I’d seen them on TV but watching them LIVE on stage was a different experience entirely! These guys have such crazy skills that I felt truly inspired watching them dance. They were a phenomenal way to end the night and for all of us that got the chance to be there we truly witnessed something amazing. Be inspired everyone, and register to vote wherever you are!
