The ability to gather and manipulate water at will. Aquamancy is a jack of all trades, being incredibly well-rounded. Aquamancers are cool and calculating, preferring to take logical, yet fun, routes. Despite that, like streams becoming rapids, they can go from zero to ten at a moment's notice.
