One of the best things I did for myself in 2017 was to challenge my Physical limits. I was that girl who would rather cross fit at the gym than go jogging. I hated running. I never understood why people ran marathons and what they got out of it. After some internal battling and training, here I am doing 5k runs every other day. I have not only picked up running, I made sure stretching was essential part of the workout routine. I can do a splits now-which I have not been able to do since I was 6 yrs old! Never have I thought I can make myself do something I despise so much! Seriously, you can do anything if you put your mind into it. Don’t sell yourself short my friends.
