yes, that was quite well reported here at the time. Red Bull said they checked the water here and found it was OK. the organizing staff even jumped in themselves as a test. :-P

Thanks for those vids. I laughed really hard watching them. I also saw the one with the top crashes. I love the logos and flight number you put on it. ....And in true fashion, it sort of did split up like that when it came down.
