Last night I had the ultimate New York experience. As some of you may know Hip-Hop originated in new York city. As many of you know Jay-Z is the current undisputed King of Hip hop. Last night Jay-Z and Kanye West played Madison Square Garden as part of their Watch The Throne tour. I couldn't think of a more New York experience than sitting in the Garden watching Jay-Z performing Empire State of Mind. I know the song has become overplayed to hell but honestly it's a great song and it really does capture what it's like to be in love with New York City. It was really awesome. I never thought I would get a chance to see Jay-Z perform as he has been banned in China before and no one in Hong Kong will bring him there. I was lucky to be here to see Jay-Z perform in his home town in one of NYC's most famous venues, The Garden.

The Garden was packed to the rafters. Originally, I was hoping to catch a Knicks game here but thanks to the lock-out, that's not going to happen.

昨晚我經歷了終極的紐約體驗。你們有些人可能知道嘻哈音樂起源於紐約市。而正如很多人所知道的，Jay-Z 是當今無可爭議的嘻哈之王。昨晚，Jay-Z和Kanye West在麥迪遜廣場花園演出，這是他們的“《目視王位》之旅”的一站。我想不出比在廣場花園觀看Jay-Z 演唱《心中的帝國之洲》更有紐約味的體驗了。我知道這首歌已經被過度播放得泛濫了，但老實說，這是首極好的歌；而且它的確描繪出了熱愛紐約的那種感覺。這真是棒極了。我沒想到自己會有機會看到Jay-Z的表演，因為他以前在中國遭禁，而香港也沒有人會想到請他去。我很幸運能在Jay-Z的家鄉，在紐約最著名的場所之一，麥迪遜廣場花園，觀看Jay-Z的演出。
