It seems that 2009 is just the beginning for up and coming artist C.H.I.N.X. C.H.I.N.X which stands for Chinese History Is Now eXplained is an Asian artist hailing from Toronto. At the tender age of 16, C.H.I.N.X recorded his first track and it was then and there that he decided to pursue his passion for music. From the days of freestyling and battling with classmates in the halls of school to making mixtapes, C.H.I.N.X has definitely come a long way. 2009 marked the year when C.H.I.N.X truly made his impact in the music industry. His video and single for “Keep It Moving” dropped on December 2008, a single which made top 10 on WBLK Buffalo’s 93.7 as well as hitting the local airwaves in his hometown. It’s good to see that C.H.I.N.X is also there to support his record label family, Drunken Fists. He dropped “Open Bar, Drinks On Us” along with his Drunken Fists family in summer 2009. One of the most important events in his young career was the “50 Mics Talent Search” hosted by The Source and XXL in New York. It was at this event that C.H.I.N.X not only won first place, but also secured his talent within the hip-hop world. He is currently working on his solo album “On My Way” which tells the story of a kid rising up in the face of adversity. This solo album will drop sometime in early 2010. With everything he has planned for 2010 C.H.I.N.X is definitely going to “keep it moving”.
