曾是香港電影副導演，曾參與陳嘉上､陳木勝､林超賢等香港著名導演的電影。對整個影片制作，由籌備至拍攝及後期統籌的運作非常熟悉。

2008年至2009年間於東方日報的網上電視台ontv擔任導演，創作多個評論節目，主要以劇情片形式帶出政府的施政問題。

2009年創作67分鐘短片《潛入戲院》，利用極小資金，以一個半紀錄劇情片形式拍攝，片中主角總是對世界不滿，為追求一些東西而做出一些瘋狂的事！ 此影片為 北京 2009第四屆華語青年影像論壇 其中放映單元 香港亞洲獨立電影節09 之 本地獨立蛋散新力量 其中放映單元 2009年汕頭大學短路學生短片比賽 其中放映單元及交流會

Lee Cheuk-pan is born in Hong Kong on 1986. From 2005 to 2007, he has been working as an assistant director in the film production. In 2008, Lee has directed on a current affairs commentary program at the first Hong Kong online television platform host by Oriental Press Group LTD named ONTV. The film, Free For 90 (2009), is Lee's first directorial feature. It's an official selection by “The 4th Chinese Young Generation Film Forum” (2009) in Beijing, and also selected by “Hong Kong Asian Independent Film Festival 09”.
