Music artist Kero One dropped the music video for his music video “RIP” off his Color Theory album. He tells you some tales of relationships that turned for the worse with non-fiction stories of love triangles, death and betrayal. The deep song explores thoughts about faith, God, and tragedy. Sometimes in tragedy all that is left behind is pain. The jazzy hip hop track dwells on the shortness of life and your true mission in life. You’ll be drowning in the emotions of the song and thinking about the relationships of the people around you. With the help of the soulful vocals from Suhn, Kero One paints pictures about losing loved ones while floating over the melancholy strings of a DJ Green Tea produced beat. Visually, the video is as literary as it is abstract, depicting Kero One rapping in his imaginary living room as feathers slowly fall from the sky. In the end, the camera pans out to find that Kero One isn’t even where it appears but in a whole other world all together. You can download the single on or amazon.
