Call me crazy. I was listening to Jamiroquai's "Seven Days In Sunny June" tonight and for some strange reasons it made me think of Michael Franks. prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /
I am not sure if young people even heard of Michael Franks. But he was really the king of easy listening genre (he's always in the Jazz section but I am always not sure about that...). Nothing like Jamiroquai. I mean, one's wearing the Technicolor dream coat and the other one’s having the fairy long hair... It's basically impossible to put them in comparison.
I went online to find some clips from Michael Franks and realised that he's getting so old now. But still, he talked with his soothing voice, boyish even. I still remember those nights during the monsoon seasons in prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /Taiwan I stayed in my room and listened to his "Rainy night in Tokio". Those were the days.
So here we go, the good old Michael Franks. Randomly came to me again after all these years. Thanks to Jamiroqaui.
