A friend of mine sent me this poem the other day. It was very thought provoking so I thought I'd share it with you. Getting punched... Minutes before we start shooting one of the action scenes, I was taught a combination of punches, jabs, dodges and kicks, so I practiced them over and over as much as possible hoping to create muscle memory... enough to be able to carry out the actions with speed.
