It was a sunny day, the weather can't be better.
After a night at Nagoya and we started our journey and we started with Matsusaka which is around 40 mins ferry from where we stayed. The pier is just 2 mins walk away from our hotel.
We had 2 missions to complete. No. 1 is to have Matsusaka Beef (probably for me only, coz only I eat beef). No. 2 is to see if we can see some cherry blossom.
So, we went to the 100 years old restaurant 牛銀本店 there and we found it.
Checked the price a bit before we went in - thought it would be much cheaper if we try the same thing here in HK. So we went in.
The following was what I ordered - Sukiyaki and it looked so good !!! Basically we got 4 pieces of Matsusaka beef, rice, and some vegetables.
Then a mother like waitress came and served us. Of course we didn't communicate very smoothly since I don't speak Japanese. However, we managed to find a way and she cooked the beef in 2 style which are both great.
This was cooked with sugar and I gotta dip it in the raw egg and it was so delicious !!!
The other sytle that she cooked for us was using just salt and I can feel all the strong favor !!!
A must try !
