• it's all within reach... just let go •

Everyday is a new day to decide how you will approach your lifestyle. This city can be so insane and at times, I long for distant, faraway lands to take me away, never to return, but I know I am one step away from my dreams. These past few months I have been learning to let go of the constant need to strive for perfection and ego competition. I am moving myself toward what simply feels good in life. There are still many battles to be fought, and wars to win.. The music industry is filled with people who think they know better than you, shove advice down your throat, mold you etc... At this point I am done caring. I want to enjoy life. I want to be happy. I want to look back on my life and smile at all the love and energy that was shared between me and the people receiving my music, because in the end awards mean nothing in art. Art is self expression. And if my my art is being compromised, that is self rejection. I want to be free. I am free. I am love and so are you.
