I was listening to Beethoven before I even came out of the womb. I used to fall asleep listening to him and always LOVED this symphony and particularly the 2nd movement. I have most of the parts memorized from listening to it so many times and from playing it on the piano for four hands with my sister. I grew up with my mom being a piano teacher, so my life was surrounded by classical music on the daily. My dad would listen to Motown and my older siblings listened to R&B and hip hop so my ears were always filled with the best tunes in the world.
