Going the distance

Yesterday, I took off my front tire and boarded the train to Tai Wai. Just after entering the gate an attendant asked me if I had paid the 20$ luggage fee. I nearly attacked him! While pretending to be patient I waited for him to measure the length of my bike. Apparently, if it is over 180 cm then I need to pay the fee. It was only 133 cm.

Once I got to Tai Wai I was quickly on my way! In fact I got to Fan Ling much sooner then I expected, but then nearly got lost in some small villages. When I found my way again I was already in S...Read more

Mountain biking in HK

Since my knees don't like me jogging anymore, I got a mountain bike for my bday a month ago. I am finally getting into the habit of riding as much as I can again. Today was my second day to ride home from TVB. Now I have to try to ride into TVB, then I can regularly ride to and from work.

There were quite a few challenges at first. The biggest challenge being the roads in HK. Definitely not designed with bike riders in mind. Growing up I was used to riding wherever I wanted as the roads always had room on the sides. Not so h...Read more

2nd Term Lemonade complete

Successfully made it through another 10 days on the lemonade! It was a lot easier this time as I knew what to expect. Totally I lost 15 lbs. this time. Still not in the shape that I want to be in, but I have to remember that this is a detox diet and not a weight loss diet. So I still have to keep working hard on my exercise goals.

On other news, April 15th is coming up soon. I am really looking forwarding to guest appearing in the concert held by my big brothers.

Back online and back on the lemonade

Finally life is back to normal and I can get online regularly to update my blog and add new pics. I have quite a few thanks to the great camera that I got for Valentine's day ^_^

Last weekend I celebrated my bday, and it was a big 2 day bash as planned. Why 2 days? Well, my mom swears that I was born on the 22nd, but the doctor said it was the 23rd. So ever since I learned the secret in my early 20's, I have celebrated both days. Once again I would like to thank all my friends and family that helped me to ...Read more

Heavy Shadows

Just before Chinese New Year I did my first ghost film. Directed by Jeremy Chu, the story is about a gweilou husband and his Chinese wife. She is very superstitious, but he is not. Should he be? Look forward to the film on Youtube soon!

Another busy week!

Another week without sleep! That's just part of the business.

Thursday night 乔宝宝 and I did the Hermes annual dinner. The theme was Bollywood. I will grab pics from his blog very soon. Most impressive was the Macau boutique's entry in the dance competition. They really understood the genre when they planned out their dance number.

New Year's resolution

This last year has been incredible! I am finally a recognized artist in HK, and things can only get better!

So for the new year I plan to do more for my fans and my career. My first step is to have a regular blog. And Alive not Dead is the place I have finally chosen to do so.

Look forward to more news and events to come.

Lemonade Day 9

I had almost nothing to do today, which was good and bad. Just a photo shoot for MUSE magazine in the afternoon. So things started out good with the salt water and breakfast, but after the shoot I was just tired and out of maple syrup. So I ended up drinking OJ the rest of the evening and sleeping. OJ is used to break the diet and prepare your stomach to eat regular food again. So that means I did not make the whole 10 days =(.

I am not upset though, 8.5 days still did quite a bit for me. And Sunday I will be so busy with work again th...Read more
