One of my favorite albums from this amazing Edison Chen is Peace and Love :
His 2nd Cantopop Album after Visual Diary in which I considered this as his sequel to his 1st album due to it's musical style that it's much usual to his past recordings (including his EP and his 1st Cantopop album). This was his only 3-minute musical album due to it's duration of the songs from this album. Musically speaking, this album has it's little contribution from the strings and it's more relaxing that listeners have the logic on what scenarios visualized to each songs. Vocally speaking, his voice is much expressive to some of his soft ballads and slow pop where he usually does his brief rap parts to tracks 8 and 9 in the instrumental breaks for avoid much awkwardness.
One of my favorite songs from this album was Winter (Han Dong) - it is written in the key of D minor scale where he sings in his tessitura range to G3 to F4 with comfort and expressive effect while the time signature is in the Common time.
On the entire song's structure it is in A-A-B-C-A-B-B2-Intro-B-B2-Coda form (aka Through Composed meets Strophic form). The instrumentation of the song was influenced by Kpop music because of the arranger of this song where the song is was also influenced by classical music (because of the string arrangement) and a little bit of rock pop and hip hop (for the rapping and synths) in the instrumental breaks.
In his vocal dynamics to the song is in the mezzo piano on the stanzas while the chorus parts is in the mezzo forte.
