In behalf of us Filipinos, were sorry for the wrong doings that our beloved president has done. His vulgars may be true or not. But this ACT should not be exposed to the formalized meetings especially your country is one of the helpers for MY country to protect the controversial Scarborough Shoal (much like a Sarah Brightman song).
