Congratulations @Telstra You screwed to pooch again! All I want to know is why my cable internet account cannot seem to activate the "speedboats" option, and I am told I am unable to SPEAK (as in voice) to a human being about my issue and instead I have to use some shitty "web-chat based tech support".
Just as well I am not blind - I guess tough shit to disabled people.
I am a customer. I pay a crapload more than I really need to for good access and good support. I don't want to be one of 10 people your "chat assistants" are assisting simultaneously.
