Side Trans Eurasian Charity Expedition. After 6 months of
planning, road show events and support for our charities; It is time.
With last minute visa permit negotiations with Customs in Mainland China still
ongoing, it has been a constant race between cross border departments to get
everything finalised. "I have been labelled a 'special case' by the
HKSAR Transport Department, and they have been incredibly supportive in
processing my permit, its just waiting for all the right boxes to be ticked in
China."
The car appears ready..and the driver? 'In my mind I am still going
through all my checklists and finding places in the car for all the gear.
On top of that its the excitement of crossing No Man's Land between Hong Kong
and China and then into the unknown. I can't wait to start.'See you all in Portugal. Signing out.By 3:15pm
