This coming June our good friend Kenta Goto from BrknHome will be participating in a two-day major cycling event called The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting BC Cancer Foundation. Along with Garry Bone, Kenta has assembled a team of eight people under the name Team Livestock: Garry Bone (Livestock), Matty Farr (Adidas), Mike Medland (Oakley), Jon Coleman (Simpl marketing), Emily Jenkins (RN), Dylan Doubt (Color Magazine) and Emanuel Krebs (thoughtpatterns.ca) and of course Kenta Goto (Write-Left)
They’ll be cycling from Vancouver to Seattle in June over a two day span, 140 km each day totaling 280 km, with a few friends and a couple thousand other Riders. All the proceeds will go to BC Cancer Foundation to support cancer research, treatment, and services. BC Cancer Foundation is a leading comprehensive institution devoted to cancer research and care, and the work they’re doing is cutting-edge.
As a team they have agreed to raise 22,800.00. So here’s where you come in, because they’ll need your help to do that.
You can make a donation of what ever you are comfortable with using the link at the bottom of this email to go visit their webpage.
Please take the time to support them because we all know how uncomfortable those bike seats and spandex can get! It’s for a really good cause!
