ISF (Independent School Foundation Academy) invited us (Hong Kong X Fed) to come and do a skateboard demo and some skateboarding basic lessons for the kids.
Never saying NO to any opportunity to promote skateboarding especially when it’s at schools, myself, Warren Stuart (hkskateboarding.com), Kit (HKit), Chun Chai (8FIVE2 rider), Chris B, Piet, Dani (8FIVE2 crew), A Men and Wai (HKit) came and performed.
Nothing is better than teaching the kids and hoping they can feel and understand the beauty of skateboarding.
I have to say that not only did everyone represent and show what skateboarding was all about, they were very patient in teaching the new bloods about skateboarding.
Thank you to ISF for having us, special thanks to Gloria Wu for making it happen and definitely thank you to all who showed up.
I only can hope that more and more kids can understand, enjoy and really feel what skateboarding is all about.
When I first met Chris Bradley aka Chris B, it was at Victoria Park on Saturday night and he
was only 14 years old. I was feelin this kid immediately cause he gave me the ol’ World Industries
days of skateboarding. Now, he just turned 17, dayeem sun, Chris improved so much, it’s crazy.
Always good to see Chris B skating especially with his great skateboarder attitude.
Lots of laughter and fun. I can’t wait to see more of Chris in the future.
Fakie Nosegrind baby.
Backside 5-0?? Nope, when it’s Chris, it’s not that simple. YES sun, Kick Flip Backside 5-0
Just for the photo. I yelled,’Chris, Chris, frontside nosegrind’. Boom, Frontside Nosegrind it is…
YES son, nose manual 360 shove it out. ILL SHIT.
Chris’ signature smile. He’s super proud of Delaware.
Chun Chai is on some other level! I’m glad that he rides for 8FIVE2SHOP and he represents big time.
Backside Fakie Nosegrind 180 Out with speed, ill shit! Try to play a game of S K A T E with him. If you WIN,
come to me and I’ll give you something from the shop, something.

The crew; Men Men, Wai Wai, Dani, Piet, Chun Chai, Chris B and Kit (HKit)
Dani got pop and yo, when he does his flat joint, he does them with dope steez! GOOD JOB D.
I want to see a dope nollie flip and switch flip real soon, that’s your assignment.
It’s all about LOVE. Everyone of us participated in teaching new blood on how to roll………
on a skateboard.
Piet, another dope kid that I met at Victoria Park together with Chris B. Another kid with dope style,
super strong OZ accent with OZ casual style. One thing that I remember is that he used to skate without his socks on, dayeem.
Dope backlip Piet!
I always told Piet that he should be a Canto Pop singer, he’ll consider it.
Front Blunt Slide son!
A Wai is another super nice skateboarder, lives in the 70’s, loves skating, dope flat ground dude,
clean smooth style, represents HKit.
Always Backside Tailslide. ILL.
The usual, long ass Frontside Nose Grind. Mad Proper.
Of course we can’t forget, Warren Stuart aka ‘WZA’ aka ‘UNCLE’ aka ‘SALTY WET 2′. He’s been skateboarding since you were
still in your mama’s wound. Always down to promote skateboarding and always supporting Hong Kong
skateboarding. That’s why we’ve been homies for more than 20 years cause we have something in common,
love for skateboarding.
Check out hkskateboarding.com on the daily kids!
**Oh by the way, good news to you all HK skateboarders. The HK Government is opening 30 more skateboard parks
before 2012. What? What?**
