There’s a reason why this shoe model from Vans called Chukka Low are the best skateboarding shoes check out other brands below with their version of Chukka Low.
It all started as CHUKKA BOOT and when the design team at Vans decided to make it low, it became an instant classic. Personally, it’s my favorite skateboard shoe!
Now, you decide, which one of these CHUKKA LOWs are your favorite apart from the OG; Vans Chukka Low.
The original from Vans, CHUKKA LOW. This model is their collaboration with Independent. The only bad thing about these shoes is that, it won’t last long at all. I don’t expect any supersuede or shit like that but just a little long lasting will be even better. Cause by the time, these shoes fit perfectly for skateboarding, the side blows up. Always.
This one is from Vox. Eman Guzman model. He’s a beast and he certainly knows what’s good on his feet.
Habitat Quest was inspired by Chukka Low and this model was definitely inspired by Habitat Quest, funny shit. I’m backing Jeff Pang whenever he goes.
To be very honest, Dekline somehow makes pretty sick shoes. And now the collection is getting better and better.
I used to really like Bobby Worrest, still do but the NEW IMPROVED Bobby Worrest is on the same deck team and shoe team. Mike Anderson is 2 times better than Bobby but Bobby knows what to do on his pro model called First Blood, another version of Chukka Low meets Habitat Quest.
That kid Tyler Bledsoe is sick as fuck. That’s a proven reason over and over again that in order to have an amazing skateboard brand (either decks, shoes, or whatever), you need an amazing respected skateboarder, I’m sure Tyler Bledsoe is one of them and when he approves this model, why shouldn’t I?
Jamie Thomas at Fallen realized it early that Chukka Low is the next ill shit that’s why he’s the second dude that came out with his version of Chukka Lows from Fallen called Forte.
You know, I’m biased, I’m always down with Habitat and their whole crew (designers, team, etc). I’m backing their version of Chukka Low called Quest.
Of course, you can copy or be inspired by design but at the end of the day, a super good skateboarding shoe has a lot to do with shape and weight. I have to say that Vans Chukka Low has it perfect. I got to check out all of the above in person to know it better.
comment from wifey: “Please please please don’t bring any more shoes home!!!!”****
