It's probably the weather these days or something. My lower back has been in pain for few days now. It was an old injury which happen few years ago. This is what happen, I was back in Los Angeles with my family on a vacation. One day, I decided to play some badminton with the families, one of them hit the badminton to hard and it went over the wall to my neighbor's yard. I was the only man there, so I have to climb over the brick wall, pick up the badminton and climb on the wall again and jump down. The brick wall isn't that high, maybe only 6 feet. But when I landed, I heard this "crack" sound, next thing I know, I couldn't even stand straight. Back in the days when I was younger. I can jump down from the balcony on the 2nd floor easily. That is why I was so careless when I did that kindergarden level jump on a 6 feet high wall. I learn something from that incident. Don't over estimate yourself or your abilities. I have been training in martial arts since 12yrs old. and been doing some hardcore action films for the past few years. I never though a simple move like that would injure me. Obviously I was wrong. Make sure you do some warm ups before you do anything physical. Especially, if U are over 30. hehe....

可能是天氣作怪,這幾天我背痛的老毛病又發作了。這毛病是我幾年前惹下的。這事發生在我幾年前回洛杉磯家裏度假,一天,我跟我家裏人打羽毛球,有人不小心,把球打到隔壁院子裏去了。我是當時唯一的男士,於是我就負起跳到隔壁去撿球和再跳回來的責任,其實那堵牆並不高,大約只有六呎,可是當我落地的時候,我聽到「咔」的一響,接著我就站不起來了。如果換了在我年輕的時候,我能隨時從二樓的陽台跳到地面,六呎高的牆﹖簡直小兒科!我從這件事上,學會了「不要高估自己」!我從十二歲開始學功夫,在過去幾年我都是做動作演員,我從來沒有想過這麼簡單的動作會難倒我!但,明顯地,我錯了!在你做任何運動之前,都先要做熱身運動,尤其是…當你已經年過三張……!
