All set for Powerman 2010

This coming Sunday, I will be participating the Powerman 2010, my only second competitive event after taking up cycling  recently.

:: RACE DETAILS ::DATE : 14th November 2010 (Sunday)

TIME: 7.30am start (see race schedule below for detailed schedule)

VENUE: Majlis Perbandaran Manjung Mini Stadium, Seri Manjung, PERAK.

SPRINT DISTANCE : 5.5km Run - 32km Bike - 5km Run

(1 lap of 5.5km Run - 1 lap of 32km Bike - 1 lap of 5km Run)
