Great Sunday fun learning the finer points of tossing a plastic disc at the Under Armour Ultimate Frisbee Championships and playing with some old friends and making some new ones. And Wow...these people get pretty competitive! Bring it!!!! ??✊?

Squash training. Check. Swimming clinic. Check. Then capped off a Saturday afternoon with a two hour basketball workout session. The body is beat but the mind is invigorated with watching these kids improving and coming into their own with their physical abilities along with motivating themselves to get better and better. I couldn't be more blessed with these two little people... ??
