No better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than with my two little peeps...and we even kicked off birthday celebrations early for someone turning ten soon ? But of course, nothing of worth in life comes free so after the run, lunch, and cake, it's time to get in some swim training now! ?????✊
Took the kids to the track this sunny Saturday morning for some training. Forgot my own running shoes but couldn't resist the urge to warm up these neglected legs...and burnt my feet at the same time on the hot track! Ouch! ?? @oakleysg #UnderArmourSG #IWILL

Look Mah! No hands, strings, or wires! ?? Used to do these jumping pics all the time years ago when I was racing something amazing around the world. Now, I'm just happy to be able to still try without pulling, straining, or tearing anything so maybe it's time to get back to it cos you'll never know how high you can still fly if you don't try! ✊✊
Yep. It's official. Last week, I had to cut out of my CBN charity expedition road trip to Thailand. Just received these amazing pics from my colleagues and now I am regretting not being able to reach the end destination to feast my own eyes on the wondrous grandeur of these White Temples. Simply breathtaking...
These smiles...this laughter... that's what I live for... Even in last Sunday's stifling mid-afternoon heat, these two were more than happy and willing to take on their krazy Daddy's hill training workout orders...cos it's about laying the foundation that you'll never know how far you can really go unless you put in the hard work (that know one else likes to do) to find out for yourself ✊✊??
Guess my old hommies ain't the only ones who got a kick outta 12 year old throwback pics.
