Now in its second year, the Hong Kong Treasure Hunt brings you the next installment in urban adventure racing in Hong Kong. Last year we took participants from Causeway Bay to Kowloon Park and deep into the Western District hunting their hidden clues. This year all new locations and tasks, clues and mysteries will challenge teams to pit their wits, speed and style to uncover the next place on the map!
Participants this year will be given a free T-Shirt emblazoned with a logo designed by one of our participants of our Street Poppy event, a young girl from the Po Leung Kuk orphanage.
Please come out to support the great efforts of our two beneficiary charities, the Royal British Legion and Youth Outreach, while having fun with your family, friends, colleagues and loved ones.

• 350,000 children in HK live in poverty
• 14,500 local Chinese ex-servicemen living in Hong Kong
AWARENESS AND SUPPORT!
The key aims of the Hong Kong Treasure Hunt are to increase local awareness for local charities in Hong Kong and in turn to raise money in support of these charities and the communities that they support. All the charities do not receive government support during the year and so stand independent save for the wonderful efforts and passion of the people that drive and support them. Hong Kong is a society of great and famous success while others, under the same street lights, struggle to survive.
The Treasure Hunt focuses on Charities in line with the theme of Yesterday and Tomorrow. The route and day will focus on the courage, resilience, service and history of Hong Kong people, through to illustrating the futures and hopes of HK society for tomorrow.
The Royal British Legion
The Royal British Legion provides financial, social and emotional care and support to all members of the British Armed Forces - past and present and their families. In Hong Kong, the Legion provides the 14,500 local ex-Servicemen and their family with medical assistance. This assistance extends to their widows throughout their lifetime. Founded in 1921, the Legion is not just about those who fought in the two World Wars, but also those involved in the many conflicts since 1945.
Youth Outreach
Many people expect youth to be quiet and well behaved ...... However, in the eyes of Youth Outreach young people are active, energetic and alive just like the central green colored Chinese character of our logo - which means"young" or "youth". At the same time, young people also need support from their family and friends. The solid black characters on each side of the character for "youth" mean "support" and symbolize exactly that - the support which we offer to our young people as they struggle to grow into adulthood. The Youth Outreach Logo is bi-lingual to reflect Hong Kong's status as a'world city' at the heart of Asia.
On 11 November 2012, THE HONG KONG TREaSURE HUNT presents: THE SECRETS OF THE FORGOTTEN SCROLLS
