“Dear fans and friends, Summer is here and I'm immersed in two great projects and upcoming tour dates. Dave Grusin and I are still working on the Classical Crossover album for Universal/Decca. We're thrilled with how it is progressing. We've chosen some very interesting pieces for the album and we look forward to sharing it with everyone when it's released in early 2008. Along with orchestra, the special guests include: Renee Fleming, Joshua Bell, James Taylor, and Chris Botti. The first Classical Crossover album that we recorded is called “Two Worlds” and was nominated for a Grammy and spent a year on the Billboard Classical Crossover charts in 2000.”
