During my last week in KL, I managed to hit up a few events before saying goodbye. I was invited to Li’s 1st Anniversary + the launch of their regional faces of the channel. Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Attending events are like hitting two birds with one stone. I get face time with people and I get to update them on my ins & outs of my life.
Even though I’m only back in KL for a holiday, I did manage to sort out a bit of work and have some fun at the same time. Ezra and I were joking about me coming on to do a couple fun things at POPTEEVEE’s That Effing Show. I have been a fan and a few of their episodes are absolutely hilarious -namely the International Man of Mystery.
This upcoming Thanksgiving weekend I’m heading out to spend some- long overdue time with my b. This distance hasn’t been that easy but we’ve managed to stay positive about our situation. Luckily I’m not the only one that finds myself in a long distance relationship. LDRs are quite common these days and more so for someone (me) who lives like a nomad, going where the work is -its a reality.
As some of you may know, I’m from the city of Vancouver so it prides me in sharing a little shoot that I did there back in August. Kudos to the wonderful photographer Chris Naidu. If you wanna check out more, click HERE.
So living out of a suitcase definitely has its perks but for the most part, its fairly difficult to explain to people where home is. I’d like to think that I’m one of many fortunate people in the world that can have more than one “home”. I’ve been back in KL for barely a week already having spent some time in Seoul and Hong Kong but soon enough, I was whisked away to another part of the world.

Referring back to my Korea trip, I managed to catch up with a couple good friends who have relocated to Seoul. I also made lots of new friends courtesy of b’s network and I’m so glad that I got to meet them. They made me feel included and offered to take me around which was super awesome.
Last month, I had the pleasure of working with Canadian fashion photographer/director Christopher Wadsworth on a shortfilm. This was a submission for Filminute: The International One-Minute Film Festival. I simply loved the dialogue and it was a great way to flex summadat acting muscle.
I finally went to Seoul and I had so much fun! I checked out the cute neighbourhoods and did a little sightseeing, it always helps when your travel buddy knows a bit of Korean. It wasn’t too difficult to navigate around the public transportation since they had English names too.

Wow, didn’t realize it was a month since my last video entry so I finally got off my lazy ass and worked on a little update. Guess where I’m going to next? Make sure you watch and you can see what I’ve been up to!
