I've always believed in education. As someone who never finished post-secondary school, education became all the more important to me and it is something that I hope to be more readily available to anyone who wished to seek it. While our systems aren't anywhere near perfect in a first world country, they pale in comparison to many of the problems faced in a rural part of a third world country. Random Acts is heading to Nicaragua this year to aid in the building of a new school campus for the students and teachers there alike, and there are nearly 200 people campaigning to raise money for the cause.
