Developed by HK Magazine, HK Live! is a monthly showcase featuring the best emerging and established bands on the Hong Kong music scene, plus a cast of music personalities from around the world. July's super bands are:

Quan - s a musician best known for his work with the Brisbane band Regurgitator, a multi-ARIA Music Award winning group, formed in December 1993. His music is a mix of electronica and hip hop, while still keeping the kinetic energy synonymous with Regurgitator and his trademark postmodern lyricism and comedic self-deprecation. Quan headlines this special HK Live! hip-hop show as a two-piece act.

MastaMic & The Justice Family MastaMic is an exciting up-and-coming MC who has quickly become Hong Kong's most sought after hip-hop talent. The HK freestyle king uses his creativity and lyrical skills and ability to move the crowds along his emerging new breed of talents, The Justice Family. If you have not experienced a MastaMic live show, now is the time!

108 Bandits + A Montley Crue

Stand up Hong Kong. The 108 Bandits + A Montley Crue of the mighty 108 Records imprint, from Canada will hit the HK Live! stage for a night of spiritual upheaval and a unique flavor of hip hop. Internationally known for rocking the microphone, this incarnation of 108 will send forth its seal bearer and Hassas emcee, Nick Dynamo, for an incredible set to kick start the show.
