Gidden KO will meet the audience on the Opening Gala!

International premiere of the opening film

is going to be held on 9 August 2011 at The Grand Cinema. Director Gidden KO (also known as “Nine Knives”) and
actor KO Chen-Tung will
show up at the cinema to meet the audience. The film tells of the
bittersweet romance between
a cocky schoolboy and a model student Chia-Yi. It’s Giddens KO’s
semi-autobiographical debut about
youthful love and its unmistakable ambivalence that is sure to
appeal to film fans for its

“Ninja Kids” truly come to life!!

is going to bring animation to
life with a Cosplay Event incorporated into the screening on 10 August at the
Science Museum.

Cosplayers can register between
6pm and 7pm at the Piazza, outside the Hong Kong Science Museum, and the
first 15 registered
participants will be given one ticket each for the first screening of

kick-off ceremony of SIFF 2011 which will take place at Harbour City on
Friday, 22 July at 6:30 pm.

introduce the special events during the festival. All film fans are

In this year placed under the
theme of “Contemporary Artisans since 1837”, Hermès is pleased to
present , a
documentary film directed by Fréderic Laffont
and Isabelle Depuy-Chavanat.

Opening the doors of the house, the film lifts up the veil of those
who are at the hearts of it all
- the contemporary craftsmen : collecting the breath of
leather and crystal , the songs of silk and metal, the words, the
gestures, the movements as
well as, the silence.

The film pays homage to the men and women who give life to the objects of this Parisian house.

「忍者亂太郎」現真身! 眾影迷可齊參與!

                                                            人氣動畫劇場版《忍者亂太郎》 將於8月10日於香港科學館舉行首映，大會更同場特別舉辦「Cosplay 
                                                            角色扮演大賽」，現全力招募全港忍者到場贏獎品，睇好戲！
