《周末》一場鄉間郊道塞車戲早已是影史經典，七分鐘從左至右一鏡到底，#高達 以冷漠的鏡頭展現對中產階級的批判與諷刺。片中出現游擊隊、食人族虛實交接，主角夫婦一心只為繼承遺產，對車禍、意外、死亡盡皆麻木，荒謬的場境設計突顯了冷漠與疏離。

在1月15日的映後談，講者 #朗天 談到高達稱移動鏡頭就是政治：以視覺展示資本主義的腐敗；以鏡頭參與事件互動；以電影美學反映對世界感受，呈現歐洲政治風暴狀況。別錯過本周末在大銀幕欣賞這修復版的機會。

The famous tracking shot in WEEK END, filling up seven minutes of the film with nothing but a traffic jam, is one of the most celebrated scenes of Godard's oeuvre. Infidelity, murder and even cannibalism fill the way as a bourgeois couple head out to secure an inheritance, showing the absurdity of the life created by capitalism.

In the post-screening talk on 15 Jan, critic Longtin Shum mentioned #Godard's saying "Politics is a traveling shot". The director infiltrated multilayered ideas through his inventive camerawork, displaying disdain on the nihilistic bourgeoisie and a premonition of the political upheaval.
