以下於康文署場地放映之「電影節發燒友四、五月」節目於八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告訊號生效期間將會取消：

若八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告訊號於節目開始三小時或以前除下，所有節目將會如期放映。

若因八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告訊號生效而未能前往放映場地之持票人士可由即日起申請退票。退票表格可按此下載。請將填妥之表格及完整門票於2016年6月17日前寄交香港國際電影節辦事處（香港九龍觀塘道370號創紀之城3期21樓）。本會將以劃線支票寄回退款給持票人（購票手續費恕不退回）。

Arrangement under Inclement Weather Conditions

The following “Cine Fan Apr / May programme” screenings at LCSD venues will be cancelled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued:

27/5 (Fri) 19:30 SM Secret Défense 27/5 (Fri) 22:20 SM Seminar on Jacques Rivette 28/5 (Sat) 14:30 FA Weeds on Fire 28/5 (Sat) 17:30 FA Prospero’s Books 28/5 (Sat) 20:00 FA Hamlet

If the warning signal is lowered 3 hours or more before the screening starts, all screenings will be shown as scheduled.

Refunds will be made to ticketholders who cannot attend the screening when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is in force. Application form can be downloaded here. Completed forms with ticket(s) should be returned by post to the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Limited (21/F, Millennium City 3, 370 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong) on or before 17 June 2016. Refund cheques will be sent to ticket holders by post. (All services fees will not be refunded).
