We've got great news for movie buffs – HKIFF Cine Fan is honoured to have Iranian master filmmaker Abbas Kiarostami in town on May 25 to meet audiences!

We will present two of his masterpieces, Taste of Cherry and The Wind Will Carry Us. The director himself will show up after the screening of Taste of Cherry to answer questions from the audience, and appear again at a master class seminar after the screening of The Wind Will Carry Us to share his experience and insights!

Abbas Kiarostami first solo exhibition in Hong Kong – Snow Series

Rossi & Rossi is proud to present Photographs from the Snow Series, the first solo exhibition in Hong Kong by Abbas Kiarostami, the internationally acclaimed Iranian film director. The show includes 50 black and white photographs taken in 2002 by the artist, whose interest in nature plays a profound role both in his moving pictures and his photographic work.
