成瀨巳喜男 女性‧命運‧自主：情迷意亂、娘‧妻‧母

成瀨巳喜男電影放映加講座，第五課重溫高峰秀子與加山雄三主演的《情迷意亂》，由高峰秀子丈夫松山善三編劇，成瀨把一段為世不容的戀情，拍得扣人心弦，哀怨與宿命陰影瀰漫全片。寡婦打理丈夫留下的雜貨小店，卻面臨新興超市的衝擊，小叔的愛慕更令她進退維谷，結局的震撼，在成瀨作品中無出其右。課堂講題為「不倫之戀 天意弄人」，講者黎肖嫻。

第六課重溫群星拱照的《娘‧妻‧母》，豪華演員陣容包括原節子、高峰秀子、杉村春子、仲代達矢、上原謙、森雅之，連笠智眾也有份客串。成瀨意圖把東寶當時的一線女演員集於一堂，拍成一部豪華版的女性電影，講「家」的解體。課堂講題為「傳統與現代夾縫中的三女性」，講者黃愛玲。

Naruse Mikio: YEARNING and DAUGHTERS, WIVES AND A MOTHER

The 5th film in our Naruse Mikio Film Course is YEARNING, a tale of forbidden love played against the changes in Japanese society, typified here by the supermarket that a war widow (Takamine Hideko) almost single-handedly rebuilt after it was bombed. The screenplay is written by director Matsuyama Zenzo, the husband of Takamine Hideko. The lecture will be conducted in Cantonese by Linda Lai.

Starring both Hara Setsuko and Takamine Hideko, DAUGHTERS, WIVES AND A MOTHER is the final film in our Naruse Mikio Film Course. Hara Setsuko plays Sanae, a recent widow who has returned to the family home with a sizable sum of insurance money, which triggers discord in a family already coming apart at the seams. The lecture will be conducted in Cantonese by Wong Ain-ling.
