Promised to be an exceptional journey of music and vision! To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Polish independence, HKIFF is collaborating with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra to present the special programme “70 years of Polish Animation: Live Animation x Music”. The event will feature celebrated Polish filmmaker-animator Mariusz Wilczyński drawing animation live by hand, while Polish conductor Sebastian Perłowski will conduct the performance played by the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. This prelude to HKIFF42 will be held on 16 Mar at the Grand Hall, Lee Shau Kee Lecture Hall of The University of Hong Kong. Public online registration for free tickets will start at 10am on 13 Feb.
