I just back to training on last last week. My plam is still hurt, but, I won't be lazy anymore, I hate my fat and stay here and doing nothing! This is a video film at the session on 2-4-09, I have rest for more than 10 weeks. I wnat to back to Parkour/ADD.
Parkour is not filping, is not a movement, is not something crazy, is a thinking and is a way to make you feel you are alive. I love to feel tried after session, that's make me feel "Here I am".
