Adapted from the Japanese comic book of IzōHashimoto橋本以蔵and Akio Tanakaたなか亜希夫, Shamo軍雞is a very brutal martial arts movie starring Shawn Yue余文樂, Annie Liu劉心悠, Francis Ng吳鎮宇and Directed by Soi Cheang  鄭保瑞, who did previously the violent thrillers Love Battlefield愛‧作戰and Dog Bite Dog狗咬狗, and who’s about to deliver this year Assassins暗殺  (a Johnnie To production).
