By the time the event was in full swing, the foyer of the HKCEC theater was quite full.

These pics are from the two stage appearances that the director and stars of the film did. The first was in the main lobby of the convention center in front of the press, and the second was inside the theater right before the screening. The pictures basically speak for themselves:

Tonight was the opening of the HKIFF and the premiere of 'Shinjuku Incident'. I didn't get a chance to upload these pics before I had to run to the event. I took these pics on Friday afternoon in Central, HK.

Another Korean DVD review - this one was kind of fun. The movie is called " Heaven's Soldiers" (천군) ... or in Hanzi its ' 天軍'. & amp;nbsp; As you can guess from the posters below, its a Korean take on the popular time travel military movie:
A few weeks ago Marco and I met up in Yau Ma Tei for some late night urban bike riding.
We met up at Jimmy Mak's bike shop. Jimmy as in 麥文威!
The problem is that Jimmy and his pals are into BMX bikes and doing fancy tricks with them. (whereas I normally ride a mountain bike).
Luckily they had a mountain bike to lend me:
