Warning - Lots of Naked Men! Legend 2 Weigh-ins! #legendfc #mma

OK,  those who know me know I'm a staunch heterosexual,  but since I have a lot of female readers (and probably a few gay males out there too),  I have an excuse for this beefy blog!

I went to the weigh ins for the Legend Fighting Championship 2 this afternoon.  I had never actually been to one of these before so I was curious to see how it would turn out.

Basically one day before the event, each fighter has to get weighed to make sure they're not over weight for their weight class. 

Also the two fighters get a pre-fight photo op.  (usually they get in eachother's faces and act tough,  occasionally some get carried away and the fight starts early!) :-P

All the fighters deshirted... some were just in shorts...

Unfortunately for the fighters who are close to their max weight, they need to strip down to make sure they're not over the weight:

Unfortunately not everyone shares the same sense of taste when it comes to underwear shopping!

Believe it or not these are actually 'UFC' branded underwear (it has a UFC logo on the backside... I didn't get a picture) ...perhaps specially made for weigh-in photo ops? 

This poor guy was actually slightly over weight!  EXTREMELY slightly... only 6 grams!   I think he could probably spit and pee out 6 grams of weight if he tried. (they have 3 hours to reach the weight level before they're DQ'ed apparently).   When they told him it was six grams he looked down at his underwear for a second trying to decide if he should strip them off (i'm sure they weigh more than 6 grams!)

OK,  UFC branded tidy-whities were memorable,  but I think the prize for worst (or best) underwear choice of the day goes to:

Everyone's favorite Korean fighter,  returning from Legend FC #1 - Bae Myung Ho (裴明聕)...  sporting the hot pink S&R's...   (metrosexual underwear choices aside,  he definitely was the most cut of all the fighters....)

OK,  I definitely need something to clear all the beefcake from my eyes: A quick shot of the two lovely ring girls (who were a big hit for photo ops at the end of the press con) - Ellen and Gloria!
