Too much to drink - Worst 'Drunk Picture' EVER! (graphic photo!)

OK, maybe not the worst ever, but in all my years of walking around in the middle of the night,  this is up in the top few...  I almost felt guilty taking this photo (almost!)

I'm not sure how you could end up sitting on some stairs with your pants around your thighs and your arms caught in your shirt which was pulled up over your head....  but this guy did not appear to have any accomplices... 

Reason number 5,309,421 why I don't drink at ALL.
