iPhone 4 Preorder in Hong Kong!

OK,  I put my money where my mouth is.  I surfed over to the THREEHK (3HK) website and got on the preorder list for the brand new iPhone 4 (aka iPhone4 aka iPhone4G aka iPhone 4 HD):

iPhone4 not going to drop in Hong Kong officially til mid-July sometime, which happens to be exactly 23.5 months after I got my iPhone 3G ( remember this blog? seems like a lifetime away!) ... which happens to be exactly 2 weeks from when my contract with 3HK ends. 

Unlike the preorder you can do on the Apple Store in the US, here in HK you can actually sign up for the preorder list for the white iPhone4 model in addition to the black (I'm going to stick to black though...  as Wesley Snipes says:  Always bet on black)

One question I need to consider is this 1 to 2 week period I may face before I ACTUALLY reach the end of my existing service contract with 3HK.  Is it better doing the upgrade plan or starting from scratch?  Probably starting from scratch!  I'll wait to see what the two offers are first.  If the phone arrives before my contract actual expires I may have to wait a few days before going to pick it up just to make sure I don't get a worse deal. :-P

Your iPhone4 online registration has ben confirmed. 3HK will contact you upon confirmation of detail arrangement. Thank You. Next question - how long will it take?? :-P
