I was filming in Miao Li for 1 week for this 1/2 hour short film that will be aired on the Hakka Channel. I don't know when but when I find out I'll keep you updated. Here are some pictures of the place. Apparantly, this place is where they film a lot of ghost tv dramas, shows, movies, etc..... and at night it looks pretty scary. The living conditions were very that of the "OLD COUNTRY". This place is also a "Ming Su" which means a famous hotel?

The backyard which was freakin scary at night
The garden yard area.
It is a nice little place during the daytime. But at night it becomes a place where a chinese jason voorhees from friday 13th lives or you would expect to meet there. And there are TONS of mosquitos. Make sure to bring your own everything. Towels, toiletries, flashlight, etc. And because it's in the countryside there are open cemeteries everywhere. The coolest part of it was that this is the first place where I have seen a REAL LIFE FIREFLY and tons of them too. I caught a couple in a water bottle and kept it in my room as a night light. I set them free the next day. I made air holes so it wouldn't die. So all you PETA people. None were harmed. HAHA

いつ状況が進展するか僕にもわからないんだけど。
その場所での写真があるよ。
おそらく、この場所は、ゴーストドラマや番組、映画などがたくさん撮影されている所だね。
夜は、怖いんだぜ。生活環境は、田舎そのもの。
この場所は、有名なホテル？を意味する"Ming Su"でもある。

日中の間はちょっといい場所なんだ。
でも夜になると、「13日金曜日」から中国のジェイソンボールヒーズがいるか、そこで
出会うんじゃないかっていうような場所になるんだ。
そして、ものすごい数の蚊がいる。
君のすべての物を必ず携帯したほうがいいね。
タオル、洗面用具、懐中電灯など。
なぜなら、ここはどこも墓地に開かれている田舎だからね。
もっともイイ部分は、僕が生のホタルを見たのは、ここが
初めてだったってことかな。
それもかなりの数のね。
水筒に２－３匹捕まえて、自分の部屋の夜灯として置いてみたんだけど
翌日には、放したよ。
死なないように空気穴開けたんだけど。
PETAの人達は何も害を及ぼされなかった。
